About the role

  • Workplace Services Partners are responsible to operate, maintain, improve and adapt the Capgemini workplaces premises and infrastructure
  • Ensure optimal occupancy of workspaces, managing space requirement, delivering high quality services within the workplaces, driving ‘Service Excellence’ supported by local, regional teams and external Global IFM partners.
  • Resolve operational problems and deliver the services within defined schedules and service level agreements.
  • Interface with business stakeholders and internal clients to better understand issues and requests and provide right services.

Requirements

  • Experience Level: Experienced Professionals
  • Management of Customer Satisfaction surveys
  • Co ordination of annual governance calendar in conjunction with our external Global IFM partners.
  • Drive projects and initiatives.
  • Analysis of Employee feedback relating to Workplace Services and suggesting and driving recommendations for improvement.
