About the role
- Administer and optimize the Nexthink platform to improve digital employee experience.
- Configure dashboards, alerts, and reports for proactive endpoint monitoring.
- Perform incident analysis and troubleshoot endpoint performance issues.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell/Python.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with ITIL processes.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Nexthink platform (installation, configuration, dashboards, alerts)
- Expertise in endpoint monitoring, incident analysis, and performance optimization
- Good understanding of Windows, macOS, and enterprise IT environments
