About the role
- Developing the industrial distribution channel in the Northeast territory
- Supporting the sales efforts of distributors
- Identifying additional distribution opportunities
- Managing and growing the Wagner Industrial Solutions distribution network in the northeast region
- Increasing sales through and expanding the product offering at qualified OEM-focused distributor outlets
- Establishing as an ongoing technical resource
- Training distributors and end-users
- Meeting pre-determined sales quotas
Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Business or related field
- 5+ Years of experience in industrial coatings application, equipment sales or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Experience with related sales channels: distribution and direct
- Experience in the demonstration of industrial equipment
- Proven sales growth results
- Knowledge of industrial sales procedures
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- Mechanical understanding of coating application equipment
- Starting at 4 weeks PTO per year
