About the role
- The Revenue Operations Analyst (Sales Compensation and Data) will maintain and administer sales incentive plans with extreme accuracy and work with managers to align incentive plans with organizational objectives.
- This role will also be heavily involved in reporting and data analysis to support decision making.
- The successful candidate will possess excellent data modeling and analytical skills as well as the ability to communicate complex information to all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience administering sales commission software / plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Data Analytics or related field.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and communicate significant amounts of information with extreme precision.
- Excel expert- formulas, pivot tables, V lookup and experience combining data sources.
- PowerBI and Sql experience a big plus.
- Ability and initiative to work effectively both independently and on a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
