Builds and distributes reporting of key indicators, operational metrics, and department metrics promptly.
Tracks and analyzes department operating results compared with forecasts and operating plans.
Develops forecasting of operational targets on an ongoing basis.
Supports employee rewards/incentive programs by supervising performance metrics.
Develops metrics to measure and evaluate the performance of departmental projects.
Surveys report information to break down variances between the operations plan and results, recognize trends, and identify areas for business improvement; Communicate reporting and analysis across all brands and sales regions.
Conducts data gathering and analysis to support problem-solving and development of conclusions and recommendations in response to various initiatives.
Partners with IT to develop appropriate report specifications to improve ongoing reporting.
Requirements
Associate's Degree plus 7-10 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-12 years of work experience
Experience in Power BI is required
Experience in crafting SQL Reporting Service reports
Sophisticated knowledge of database tools (MS SQL 2005 and 2008)
