Account Executive, Packaging Studio

Solutions Engineer

• Support sales reps with technical expertise and influence solution direction during the sales cycle
• Assist with delivering compelling demos, technical walkthroughs, and proof-of-concepts that communicate Mimeo’s value and accelerate close rates
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of all Mimeo products, offerings, services, and procedures
• Translate customer goals into solution designs, timelines, and SOW-ready documentation
• Provide quick-turn technical insights and recommendations that help the Sales team position Mimeo competitively and win more business
• Coordinate cross-functional resources (Production, CS, Product, Engineering) to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction
• Create detailed project plans, establish milestones, and maintain clear deadlines for both internal teams and customers
• Ensure all project work meets Mimeo’s quality standards and aligns with customer expectations
• Develop and deliver training for customers on using Mimeo print, Marketplace, and Mimeo Digital solutions

Designer

• Review customer artwork for print readiness (bleeds, dielines, color management, fonts, etc.)
• Make minor design adjustments on behalf of customers (e.g., resizing, template alignment, file clean-up).
• Guide customers on best practices for packaging design.
• Assist in creating and reviewing quotes and orders before handoff to production.
• Ensure accuracy of order specifications, file readiness, and special instructions.
• Collaborate with Operations and Prepress to resolve file or order issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, with a focus on solution-oriented service.
• Provide proactive updates on order status, changes, or potential issues.
• Act as a liaison between sales, design, and production teams to ensure smooth handoffs.

• Support the sales team during the onboarding of new customers with design needs.
• Help build design FAQ resources, templates, and support guides for repeatable processes.

Customer Design & Service Specialist

• Plan and optimize campaigns across paid search, social, display, and email
• Collaborate on landing pages, copy, and creatives that connect performance and brand voice
• Run experiments to improve conversions, reduce CAC, and grow ROI
• Build structured, in-depth, and reusable content
• Contribute to a strategy that ensures our pages are easily ingested, summarized, and cited by search engines and LLMs

Performance Marketing Manager – Packaging Studio Brand, Growth Focus

Revenue Operations

• The Revenue Operations Analyst (Sales Compensation and Data) will maintain and administer sales incentive plans with extreme accuracy and work with managers to align incentive plans with organizational objectives.
• This role will also be heavily involved in reporting and data analysis to support decision making.
• The successful candidate will possess excellent data modeling and analytical skills as well as the ability to communicate complex information to all levels of the organization.
