IT Support

• Ordering new Windows and Apple endpoints (Laptops, Desktops, and mobile devices) in a timely manner and monitoring the budget spend.
• Maintaining existing Windows and Apple endpoints and managing their repair as needed.
• Configuring new users and their endpoints in appropriate systems and loading software applications based on user profile, role, and needs.
• Understanding and utilization of the Solar Winds Service Desk ticketing software to log, assign, and handle user trouble tickets.
• Communicate issue resolution with impacted user(s).
• Use standard methodologies to maintain and solve user issues via virtual meeting or in-person.
• Decommission obsolete or malfunctioning hardware endpoint devices and recycling as needed.
• Working with other technology team members or vendor experts to troubleshoot and solve issues.
• Maintains technical proficiency on all Bucks user endpoint computing platforms: phones, desktops, and laptops, Windows 11 Enterprise, MacOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft O365, and various enterprise software applications whether general or department specific.
• Administering user accounts through Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and proprietary enterprise softwares and platforms.
• Creates and updates FAQ (frequently asked questions) and SOP (standard operating procedure) documentation and posting to the Bucks internal website.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all user endpoints across the enterprise and all support activity therein.
• Actively participate in department and project meetings such as change control, project implementation, and department events.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to enhance support services.
• Be an escalation point for other IT support specialists, providing guidance and training.
• Manage complex technical issues and escalations to technical experts, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with LOB users and leaders to improve user experience and continuous improvement.
• Drives the use of automation and AI into the troubleshooting and self-service workflow.
• Co-manage hardware and software budget with CTO to drive attainment of KPIs.
• Other technical duties as assigned to support IPTV, gameday technology, basketballs operation etc.

IT User Support Specialist II

Events

• The Event Sales Manager will report to the Director of Event Sales and be responsible for maximizing revenue with a focused approach on selling various event spaces as well as content development.
• This role will be responsible for selling and booking events, revenue goals will be achieved by cold calling, virtual and face to face meetings, networking in the community and researching new events and existing in market events to utilize available areas in the Deer District.
• Develop strategies and business plans to maximize event sales for Deer District venues
• Plan, execute and manage phone, email for all inbound and outbound sales
• Prospect and cold call new business via networking, previous contacts, trade, publications, and date base companies
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals
• Conduct market research for new leads, and opportunities to enhance event experiences
• Implement and demonstrate outbound sales efforts by using sales and service best practices, prospecting, networking, lead generation, data capture and personal database management
• Build strong relationships and gain a deeper level of knowledge about potential customers, and the industry
• Provide weekly reports on sales activity and pacing for sales goals
• Attend team and community events for purpose of maximizing sales opportunities
• Proactively create opportunities for new business with existing customers
• Work collaboratively with other internal departments including but not limited to F&B, Ticketing, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Sponsorship and Deer District Tenants
• Develop event sales proposals
• Coordinate with sponsorship on curated and executing events that compliment sponsorship goals and enhance their brand and relationship with Milwaukee Bucks and Fiserv Forum
• Work collaboratively with arena operations in order to maximize the utility of all facilities under management, per master calendar of events

Account Executive

• Responsible for the sale of Multi-Year Leases and Premium Hospitality Rentals for all events at Fiserv Forum, including Marquette Men’s Basketball, concerts, and arena family shows.
• Maintain full menu working knowledge of all season ticket plan, group, and suite products to sell when applicable.
• Generate sales by scheduling, coordinating, and conducting client meetings in person and virtually.
• Create and implement unique sales strategies as a means of producing new business opportunities.
• Ability to network and prospect with and sell to high level business executives and leaders.
• Provide superior customer service to existing and prospective clients.
• Meet or exceed established weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
• Able to work Fiserv Forum events and prospecting events to drive business and generate new leads.
• Update and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM.
• Demonstrate a commitment to achieving department and organizational goals along with a genuine desire to be a team player.
