About the role

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the field team, aligning HR strategies with business objectives through integrated solutions that drive organizational success.
  • Lead and advise on complex employee relations matters—including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy enforcement ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices while proactively addressing emerging workforce challenges.
  • Drive workforce planning, organizational development, and succession strategies while leading talent initiatives—including training, coaching, and career growth.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop recommendations, suggest strategies, identify risks, and implement improvements.
  • Support change management initiatives related to business transformation, culture, or process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to federal and state labor laws, internal policies, and ethical standards to maintain a proactive approach to risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to ensure HIPAA, Confidentiality, and Compliance policy, procedures, and standards are always adhered to.
  • Ability to ensure administrative, physical, and technical cybersecurity controls are always adhered to.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in human resources with a strong focus on employee relations.
  • Proven leadership in managing employee relations issues across multi-state operations with non-exempt employees.
  • Proven ability to navigate fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
