  • You’re a strategic leader with deep knowledge of email & SMS marketing
  • Focus on e-commerce, especially fashion, jewelry, and beauty space
  • Client-facing role, partnering with brands to understand goals and communicate performance
  • Scale retention programs with personalized, data-driven communication
  • Onboarding & Setup: integration of Klaviyo, acquisition tools, review platforms, loyalty programs
  • Campaign and Flow Strategy & Execution: pop-ups, segmentation, copywriting, flows, campaigns, lifecycle targeting

Requirements

  • 3+ years in email marketing for e-commerce (agency experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo and ESPs, email design, and deliverability best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to create, implement, and optimize complex email programs; hands-on A/B testing and analysis experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and drive momentum across multiple projects
  • Analytical & Creative thinking; ability to use data, benchmarks, and competitive insights to make strategic decisions
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with minimal supervision
  • Adaptability and problem-solving in fast-changing, high-pressure environments
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Development, Economics, or related field
