About the role
- Lead consumers through a detailed consultation to select and purchase Miele appliances
- Up-sell products and accessories to expand consumers' use of appliances
- Deliver a premium consumer experience across the consumer journey
- Work as a core member of the Sales team and drive to hit sales targets
- Complete additional administrative duties to support customer journey and sales processes
- Respond to customers via telephone and email, handling quotations and queries
- Report to the Direct Sales Team Manager
Requirements
- Previous experience of working in a customer facing sales role
- IT literate with the ability to adapt to systems and processes
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Confident and professional with strong communication skills (telephone and email)
- Able to provide quotations and respond to queries
- Ability to build rapport and trust to drive credibility and confidence
- Sales target driven
- Availability to work a minimum of 20.5 hours per week (Thursday 09:45-18:00, Friday 11:00-18:00, Saturday 09:00-16:00) and flexibility to adjust hours
