About the role
- Collaborate with the VP of Marketing & Sales on marketing and brand efforts.
- Guide multi-channel marketing projects from start to finish.
- Develop and share creative marketing ideas, offer guidance on branding strategies, and put marketing plans into action.
- Lead and support the company’s creative efforts by coordinating with internal teams and outside partners.
- Create, share, and publish engaging content for social media and the company website.
- Develop, implement, manage, and track department/advertising budgets and branding/marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Creative/marketing operations with a corporation, nonprofit, or public relations firm.
- Medical malpractice insurance industry experience.
- Experience leading a creative team and managing marketing staff.
- Building out and implementing brand strategy and marketing plans and strategic marketing/brand positioning.
- Defining, calibrating, and adjusting marketing-based metrics to demonstrate ROI.
- Minimum of (3) years of experience in Planning, developing, executing and managing user experience and/or digital user interface and digital marketing campaigns.
- Project management, with strong planning and organizational skills.
