Collaborate with the VP of Marketing & Sales on marketing and brand efforts.
Guide multi-channel marketing projects from start to finish.
Develop and share creative marketing ideas, offer guidance on branding strategies, and put marketing plans into action.
Lead and support the company’s creative efforts by coordinating with internal teams and outside partners.
Create, share, and publish engaging content for social media and the company website.
Develop, implement, manage, and track department/advertising budgets and branding/marketing campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Creative/marketing operations with a corporation, nonprofit, or public relations firm.
Medical malpractice insurance industry experience.
Experience leading a creative team and managing marketing staff.
Building out and implementing brand strategy and marketing plans and strategic marketing/brand positioning.
Defining, calibrating, and adjusting marketing-based metrics to demonstrate ROI.
Minimum of (3) years of experience in Planning, developing, executing and managing user experience and/or digital user interface and digital marketing campaigns.
Project management, with strong planning and organizational skills.
