About the role
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for tech, product, and business roles on a global scale.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable processes that modernise how we hire.

- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, shape role requirements, and deliver outstanding results.

Requirements
- Proven in-house recruitment experience, ideally within a high-growth or scale-up environment.
- A strong track record of hiring success across tech, product and business functions.
- Project management experience with the ability to design and deliver efficient recruitment processes at scale.
- Ideally has exposure to AI-driven tools in recruitment, with curiosity to explore and implement new solutions.
- Exceptional talent attraction skills with the ability to identify and engage with top global talent.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive, with the people skills to build strong partnerships internally and externally.
