• Lead end-to-end recruitment for tech, product, and business roles on a global scale.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable processes that modernise how we hire.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, shape role requirements, and deliver outstanding results.

Talent Acquisition Manager

Financial Crime

• Conduct in-depth reviews on customers, focusing on gameplay abnormalities, transactional activity and document analysis
• Analyse bank statements and supporting documents to identify potential AML, fraud, or AFC risk indicators
• Escalate suspicious activity and prepare SARs in line with internal policy and regulatory expectations
• Handle PEPs and Sanctions checks, maintaining full audit log and reasoning
• Support fraud prevention processes to safeguard the business and minimise exposure to fraudulent activity
• Collaborate with other AFC team members to strengthen controls and improve processes
• Maintain clear, auditable records of all casework in accordance with LCCP, MLRs, and internal standards
• Keep current with emerging risk typologies relevant to online gambling
• Interact with customers via inbound & outbound chats and emails, and make outbound calls on occasion
• Learn basic Safer Gambling processes and have opportunities to multi-skill across Compliance functions

Financial Crime Analyst

Analyst

• Engage with customers via email, chat or outbound phone who may be at risk of or actively experiencing gambling-related harm and take action where appropriate in line with legislation, procedures and processes.
• Uphold and add to internal policies and procedures to help prevent the onset of gambling-related harm.
• Deal with escalations and queries sent by the Player Success Team regarding operational compliance processes/cases.
• Monitor customer communication channels/inboxes related to operational compliance, ensure SLA adherence and a frictionless user experience.
• Appropriately handle complaint cases that arise whilst on shift.
• Analyse customer accounts from a Safer Gambling and Anti-Financial Crime perspective, flagged through internal reporting systems or Player Success interactions.
• Escalate cases where necessary to ensure player protection is safeguarded.
• Recommend changes or amendments to Operational Compliance and Player Success processes.
• Learn basic Anti-Financial Crime processes and multi-skill across Compliance functions.

Safer Gambling Analyst

• Play a key role protecting the business from financial crime risks and hold a supervisory position within Operational Compliance supporting Anti-Financial Crime Team Leaders.
• Identify, investigate, and mitigate threats related to money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, and other criminal activity.
• Conduct complex investigations on high-risk customers, including in-depth EDD focusing on SOF and SOW validation.
• Analyse bank statements and supporting documents to identify potential AML, fraud, or AFC risk indicators.
• Escalate suspicious activity and prepare SAR/STRs in line with internal policy and regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with and train other AFC team members to strengthen controls and improve processes.
• Support planning functions to manage day-to-day operations, task list management, and team organisation to ensure BAU completion.
• Keep up to date with emerging risk typologies, particularly those relevant to online gambling.
• Interact with customers (inbound and outbound) via calls, chats, and emails as part of investigations.
• Support management on performance management of the team through upskilling, training, quality checks, coaching and sharing best practice.

Senior Anti-Financial Crime Analyst

Product Designer

• Collaborate within a cross-functional product squad to design and deliver internal platform features end-to-end
• Own and evolve the design system across sportsbook, loyalty, reg tech, and account management tooling
• Be part of the design team community by collaborating on design projects across all teams and verticals
• Blend UX, interaction, and visual design to create seamless internal and external experiences

• Work closely with UX Researchers to build products with the user’s voice at the centre

Product Manager

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Midnite’s RegTech platform
• Build internal systems that empower compliance, fraud, and risk teams to operate with speed, precision, and flexibility.
• Take the lead in super charging customer satisfaction in the most complex and friction heavy areas of a user’s lifecycle
• Reimagine how compliance tooling can deliver seamless user experiences across KYC, AML, payments, and responsible gaming.
• Champion automation and scalability, designing tools that grow with the business and set the industry standard for regulatory platforms.
• Ignite enthusiasm for a product-led approach, motivating others to buy into and build towards the product vision.

Lead Product Manager, RegTech Platform

• Location: Hybrid - South Africa, must be Cape Town-based
• Salary: R30000 per month
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week, spread across 5 days. Shifts are scheduled between 9:00am and 11:00pm, with coverage required for at least two weekends per month.
• Midnite is a next-generation betting platform built to bring fans closer to games through betting experiences.
• Role: Build global Workforce Management function; blend real-time monitoring, deep performance analysis, AI-driven tools, and proactive decision-making.
• Responsibilities: Monitor live queues, make tactical intraday adjustments, surface trends, influence decisions, drive continuous improvement across the business.
• Tasks: Real-time analysis, performance insights, scheduling & forecasting, reporting & trends, escalation management, collaboration with Planning/Forecasting/Operations, AI & automation setup/testing, champion agent experience.
