About the role
- Lead and support Workday Recruitment configuration and implementation projects
- Partner with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide best practice recommendations
- Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Deliver knowledge transfer and training to client teams
- Support change management and adoption activities to ensure long-term success
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing expertise in Workday Recruitment capabilities
- Deliver end-to-end Workday Recruitment implementations and support enhancements and ongoing improvements
- Collaborate with mixed on-site and remote teams using IM, video calls and online ticketing systems
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience with Workday Recruitment configuration
- Proven track record in delivering Workday implementation projects
- Fluency in English (spoken, written, and read)
- Workday certification highly advantageous
- Broader exposure to Workday HCM / Core HR (beneficial)
- Understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce planning)
- Experience with reporting, analytics, or Workday dashboards
- Background in HR technology, HRIS, or SaaS application consulting
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes
- Excellent planning, interpersonal, time management and communication skills
- Must be authorised to work in the EU, UK or South African region without visa sponsorship now or in the future
