About the role
- Partner with hiring managers to take in-depth, consultative briefs and build tailored recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source and headhunt top talent, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: screening, coordinating interviews, providing feedback, and guiding hiring decisions.
- Own the offer stage – from extending offers to managing negotiations and ensuring a smooth acceptance process.
- Support new joiners through onboarding to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, providing market insights and influencing decisions.
- Continuously seek out process improvements, exploring and testing new tools (including AI-powered solutions) to enhance how we work.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technology recruitment (either in-house or agency) with exposure to complex, hard-to-fill requirements.
- Previous experience using applicant tracking systems and ideally exposure to CRMs (we use LeverTRM).
- Deep understanding of the technology landscape – from engineering to emerging digital skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence where needed.
- Natural problem solver with resilience and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
- Curiosity around new tools, process optimisation, and innovation within talent acquisition.
- Passion for delivering a brilliant candidate and hiring manager experience.
