  • Own our entire growth motion: paid, SEO, lifecycle, ABM, website conversion, and experimentation.
  • Build a real experimentation practice with 3–5 meaningful tests per month.
  • Shape every touchpoint between "someone is interested" and "meeting booked".
  • Manage a small, high-performing team with clear ownership.
  • Work as a tight unit with Brand and Product Marketing.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years building growth systems in B2B SaaS, fintech, or technical products
  • You've owned channels end-to-end, not just managed agencies.
  • You see how channels connect, where signals break down, and where friction hides.
  • You push for rigor: challenge assumptions, ask for proof, and raise the bar.
  • Comfortable running tests, admitting what didn't work, and iterating without ego.
  • Deep expertise in paid media, SEO, lifecycle, and conversion optimization.
  • You make calls with incomplete information and course-correct as you learn.
  • Strong cross-functional partner who earns trust through competence and clarity.
