About the role

Join a team of 6 operations analysts supporting the Entity Management product line.
Review and submit state payroll tax registrations and transfers quickly and accurately.
Review state notifications and monitor communications from state agencies.
Follow up with customers to resolve inaccurate data and clarify application information.
Contact state agencies to follow up on untimely correspondences or clarify evolving requirements.
Develop expertise in nuances of state registrations to complete tasks on behalf of customers.
Collaborate with the broader Entity Management Team to create and optimize processes and support new features and fulfillment streams.
Work in a queue-based, highly operational role with opportunities to support projects based on business need.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize personal work streams.
Ability to complete high volumes of various tasks and meet or exceed fulfillment quotas while maintaining accuracy.
Process and solution-oriented with high attention to detail; comfortable making decisions with available resources.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Hungry and coachable with an insatiable appetite for learning.
Proactive and problem-solving mindset; view obstacles as opportunities for growth and impact.
Collaborative team player able to work well with cross-functional teams.
Ability and willingness to work on-site in New York City 5 days per week for a full-time, 6-month contract; based within a commutable distance.
