Lead the planning and implementation of high-value, quality human resources programs, practices and procedures for people at all levels
Advise company leaders on HR policy and programs and recommend decisions aligned with the company’s strategic direction
Participate in a 2-year rotational program rotating through three different HR roles (each ~8 months)
Rotate to assignments tailored to leverage academic experience and create a personalized development plan
Possible rotation areas: Talent & Culture; Compensation & Benefits; Talent Acquisition; Mergers & Acquisition; HR Services; Organization; HR Business Partner
Requirements
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or relevant equivalent (graduates from 2025 or later)
1-2 years work experience in HR (or relevant) is preferred
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong drive for results
Effective team player and cross-functional contributor
Ability to deal with ambiguity and learn on the fly in a fast-paced environment
Self-directed and motivated
Passion for analytics
