About the role
- Create clear, concise, easy-to-understand technical content for multiple channels
- Contribute to content development for product lines, including developer-focused content for APIs, SDKs, and solutions
- Apply AI-assisted authoring, prompt engineering, and automation to content workflows
- Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and subject matter experts to define content needs
- Collaborate with editors and illustrators; research, analyze, and synthesize complex subject matter
- Contribute to innovation projects such as AI, chatbots, interactive tutorials, and video-based learning
Requirements
- 3–7 years in technical structured authoring (DITA, XML, Markdown) and modern information development such as media, APIs, and UX writing
- Strong grasp of development workflows such as Agile/Agile team experience
- Solid experience with Git, Jira, Confluence, CMS tools, and/or CI/CD
- Experience contributing to strategic, innovative, and/or transformative projects
- Experience in conversational AI, interactive tutorials, and AI-powered content workflows
- Familiarity with analytics dashboards to track content quality and engagement (desirable)
- Basic scripting (Power Automate, Python, JavaScript) to automate documentation tasks (desirable)
