Define scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with all stakeholders.
Manage budgets for large programs and facilitate resourcing needs for effective delivery on key client projects.
Create and maintain all project documentation including status reports, work plans, risk logs, and presentations.
Proactively communicate project details across all levels of the organization in a clear and concise manner.
Listen to clients and team member’s feedback to improve the firm’s holistic program management capabilities.
Identify adjacent opportunities within active client projects and partner with sales on opportunity pursuits.
Assist in developing project management and product management best practices to improve the firm’s delivery.
