Manage full client implementation lifecycle from kickoff through deployment, hypercare, stabilization, and process improvement
Serve as primary point of contact for clients during implementation, facilitating communication and setting expectations
Develop and maintain implementation plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions; validate specifications prior to build and deployment
Lead cross-functional coordination among technical, operations, support, and service delivery teams; manage dependencies and handoffs
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and change requests; maintain issue logs and coordinate resolutions
Oversee testing strategies including integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); conduct internal readiness reviews
Support client enablement and training; assess adoption gaps and provide documentation and best practices
Establish performance monitoring and reporting cadences to track post-go-live health and usage trends
Conduct post-implementation reviews, capture lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement
Gather client feedback and translate insights into product roadmap recommendations
Collaborate with product marketing to create value messaging, case studies, and best practice content
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
5+ years of related experience in client implementation, project management, solution delivery, and/or customer success in a technology, SaaS, or BPO environment
Proven success managing multiple, concurrent projects with complex requirements and tight timelines
Understanding of solution design principles, data workflows, and technical documentation
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
Exceptional communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
Demonstrated ability to solve problems under pressure, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to completion
