About the role

  • Lead and partner on development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR operational processes and systems across the employee lifecycle
  • Design and perform end-to-end implementation and administration of core HR operations (payroll through PEO, compensation, benefits, performance management, L&D)
  • Optimize scalable HR processes and develop methodologies, templates, and toolkits to support operational excellence
  • Provide employee relations guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices
  • Lead HR projects from planning through execution, ensuring milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain privacy/security for employee data
  • Administer and optimize HRIS, maintain accurate employee data, and produce dashboards and reports for senior leadership
  • Act as point of contact for HR-related inquiries and track key HR metrics to inform strategy and improve the employee experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR Operations and leadership experience
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., JustWorks, Lattice, EasyLlama, or equivalent) and HR analytics tools
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated success in process improvement, HR service delivery, and project management
  • Tech-savvy and systems-oriented, with a passion for building and scaling infrastructure
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred) or equivalent work experience
