Business Development Rep

• Build and maintain geo/account/persona maps; analyze trends, incentives, and competitive signals to point us to the right places and the right people.
• Produce concise briefs and hypotheses; translate messy signals into crisp, respectful outreach (email/LinkedIn) that builds relationships before asking for meetings.
• Plan and run ABM plays with Marketing and AEs: tailored content, micro-landing pages, direct mail or light gifting where appropriate, executive POV memos, and event-based touch plans. Define target lists, trigger signals, and measurement (reach, engagement, meeting→stage progression, multi-threaded coverage)
• Run thoughtful PM across leads and workstreams: lists, touch plans, notes, next steps, and cross-functional coordination with AEs, RevOps, and Marketing.
• Multithread stakeholders, prep agendas, and push deals forward; be the trusted right hand who helps AEs prioritize and execute.
• Spin up tools, dashboards, and reporting to surface insights; propose experiments and system improvements.
• Coordinate presence at conferences, virtual sessions, and field events; manage prep, target lists, follow-ups, and post-event debriefs.
• Represent Phamily with care and credibility; cultivate trust with valued clients and prospects through patient, informed communication.

Business Development Specialist, Healthcare

Data Engineer

• Design, build, and automate batch data pipelines that ingest from files, APIs, and SFTP into BigQuery and product environments.
• Implement scheduling, monitoring, retries, and backfills to ensure reliable and repeatable workflows.
• Establish guardrails such as schema management, versioning, and basic SLAs for data freshness and reliability.
• Productionize ML/AI batch jobs and publish outputs into analytics-ready tables.
• Maintain and refresh healthcare reference datasets (e.g., NPI, codesets, CMS lists) on schedule.
• Document pipelines clearly and make outputs consumable for analytics and BI teams.
• Handle PHI with care and follow HIPAA-aligned data governance practices.

Analytics Engineer

• Transform raw healthcare data into trusted insights that drive smarter decisions across the organization.
• Design clean, scalable data models and build a governed semantic layer in Looker.
• Develop and maintain dbt models (staging → marts) with clear ownership, documentation, and testing.
• Build and manage the Looker semantic layer, including Explores, governed metrics, and dashboards for self-serve analytics.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into clear, reusable data products and insights.
• Ensure data quality and trust by implementing tests, observability, and data freshness monitoring.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support for product, operations, and leadership teams.
• Create playbooks, host office hours, and train non-technical users to confidently leverage Looker.
• Protect PHI with strong permissioning, governance, and secure defaults.

Human Resources

• Lead and partner on development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR operational processes and systems across the employee lifecycle
• Design and perform end-to-end implementation and administration of core HR operations (payroll through PEO, compensation, benefits, performance management, L&D)
• Optimize scalable HR processes and develop methodologies, templates, and toolkits to support operational excellence
• Provide employee relations guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices
• Lead HR projects from planning through execution, ensuring milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain privacy/security for employee data
