About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a portfolio of specialty accounts, driving high retention and expansion revenue.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focused on delivering clinical and financial ROI.
- Identify growth opportunities and expand Phamily’s footprint across various practice departments.
- Advise clients on workflow optimization and care management strategies to ensure adoption.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clinical and operational leaders.
- Proactively identify partnership risks and drive creative solutions to maintain account health.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to share client feedback and influence the roadmap.
- Use HubSpot and AI tools to manage accounts efficiently and strategically.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar relationship-focused role.
- Travel 70% of the time
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships at the executive level.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on retention, growth, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex data into clear, persuasive narratives.
- Comfortable operating and making decisions in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
- Tech-savvy and interested in using AI tools to improve account workflows.
