About the role
- Spearhead all sourcing activities to attract and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Create and post job openings on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
- Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates and conduct initial outreach to gauge interest and suitability.
- Maintain and manage a pool of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Work closely with recruitment and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide suitable candidates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and talent market shifts to improve sourcing strategies.
- Establish and maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
Requirements
- No BPO experience is required. Recruitment experience or internships in HR are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) and social media recruiting is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
