Execute high-impact marketing initiatives that drive learner acquisition, including referral program management, review collection campaigns, and rapid-response marketing efforts
Design and launch targeted experiments to test new acquisition channels, messaging approaches, and conversion optimization strategies
Manage time-sensitive campaigns and communications that require quick turnaround and cross-team coordination
Partner with Paid Media, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, and Field Marketing teams to accelerate strategic projects and provide operational support during peak periods
Collaborate with the Managing Director of Growth Marketing to evaluate new opportunities and determine optimal execution strategies for high-priority initiatives
Lead cross-departmental projects that require marketing expertise and stakeholder alignment
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for growth initiatives, providing actionable insights to inform future strategy
Monitor full-funnel marketing performance to identify optimization opportunities and potential issues
Ensure all marketing efforts maintain learner-centric messaging and mission-aligned brand presence across touchpoints
Reports directly to the Managing Director of Growth Marketing and works primarily with communications, growth, and admissions teams
Requirements
3–5 years executing marketing campaigns, managing cross-functional projects, and driving measurable growth outcomes in fast-paced environments
Proven ability to analyze performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
Experience partnering with multiple teams to execute initiatives, manage competing priorities, and drive projects from concept to completion
Track record of managing rapid-response campaigns, time-sensitive initiatives, and adapting quickly to changing business needs
Strong organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders and manage multiple concurrent projects
