Lead Paid Search team members daily to drive performance across D.Luxury's portfolio.
Develop and implement paid search media buying acquisition strategy including planning (audience mix and messaging), execution, and measurement.
Partner with internal and external teams to find opportunities to improve acquisition and deliver on CPA targets across the funnel.
Embrace persona creation per brand and align messaging and customer journeys across the Search ecosystem (Branded, Shopping, PMAX, DemandGen).
Develop systems for consistent A/B experimentation, learning, and risk-taking to improve campaign performance.
Monitor media spend daily across client ecosystem to identify opportunities and troubleshoot performance issues.
Define main KPIs, create and review tracking reports, and discuss optimization opportunities in weekly meetings.
Synthesize data, analyze results, and optimize based on insights to achieve business goals.
Manage portfolio media plans, forecast and funnel spend planning by quarter.
Support new client audits and business development across paid media channels, specifically Search.
Oversee media and search content development and establish ways of working with internal and external support groups.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will be an expert in DTC growth marketing within fast-growing startup consumers, ecommerce, and subscription brands.
Has a strong track record of delivering impactful growth media buying, on budget, while surpassing KPIs.
Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills with attention to detail are a requirement.
Having worked in both a digitally native brand (DTC) and an agency environment is a plus.
BA or MBA preferred with an emphasis in Marketing
8+ years combined experience in brand management, DTC brands, digital agency work, and B2C and DTC growth marketing.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results for clients or brands
Expertise in Paid Search strategies, media buying and programmatic opportunities within the Search ecosystem.
Hands on experience managing Meta marketing strategies, TikTok media buying, and strong performance creative design skills.
Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including emerging trends and technologies.
Experience managing and leading teams, with strong leadership and managerial skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate 360-degree marketing campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders.
Highly analytical, with strong data analysis skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
