Creative Strategist

• Develop, execute, and optimize creative strategies for performance marketing campaigns across channels, including paid social, display, email, and emerging channels.
• Work closely with brand managers and paid media teams to align creative strategy and execution to the client’s holistic growth strategy.
• Meet with clients bi-weekly to review ad creative performance, providing actionable creative insights, and recommendations to refine strategies for continuous improvement.
• Develop innovative ad concepts and hypotheses rooted in market trends, target audience, and competitive analysis.
• Develop clear creative briefs and messaging frameworks that guide designers, copywriters, and videographers in executing high-performing assets; ensure all creative outputs are consistent with each client’s brand voice, positioning, and audience expectations.
• Translate customer persona data into messaging frameworks for testing.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and use insights to guide creative iteration and future strategy.
• Experience copywriting for performance marketing/paid social creative is a bonus.

Operations

• Translate the long-term strategic vision into actionable annual, quarterly, weekly plans and ensure their successful execution.
• Balance revenue growth with cost management to ensure Rapid Medical meets (or exceeds) its financial targets.
• Lead our Executive and Leadership team meetings and foster clear communication and consistency across the organization.

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code that reads like a story while adhering to best practices and code standards using React Native and TypeScript.
• Design and implement location-based features, including location tracking and geolocation services, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Build offline-first applications by leveraging Realm for local data storage and syncing.
• Work with Mapbox to integrate dynamic maps and geospatial functionalities.
• Collaborate with the UI/UX team to build reusable Atom components to maintain a consistent and cohesive design.

Customer Success Manager

• Lead and define the Retention/Lifecycle strategy for the clients, in partnership with key business stakeholders.
• Identify and implement high-impact initiatives across retention channels that will accelerate customer growth, product adoption, and revenue generation.
• Establish key metrics for retention success, develop dashboards with the analytics team, monitor and report regularly to leadership & key stakeholders across the organization.
• Develop a data-driven, CRM approach, including customer segmentation, cohort modeling and customer journey optimization for a global consumer base.

Growth Marketing

• Lead Paid Search team members daily to drive performance across D.Luxury's portfolio.
• Develop and implement paid search media buying acquisition strategy including planning (audience mix and messaging), execution, and measurement.
• Partner with internal and external teams to find opportunities to improve acquisition and deliver on CPA targets across the funnel.
• Embrace persona creation per brand and align messaging and customer journeys across the Search ecosystem (Branded, Shopping, PMAX, DemandGen).
• Develop systems for consistent A/B experimentation, learning, and risk-taking to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor media spend daily across client ecosystem to identify opportunities and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Define main KPIs, create and review tracking reports, and discuss optimization opportunities in weekly meetings.
• Synthesize data, analyze results, and optimize based on insights to achieve business goals.
• Manage portfolio media plans, forecast and funnel spend planning by quarter.
