Be the “owner” of D.LUXURY’s brand growth strategies and execution management.
Build a strategy, develop the plan, and execute across the portfolio to obtain best-in-class results for all of our brands.
Define the DTC playbook for the Performance Pods to execute across Paid Media, Email, SMS, Creative & CRO.
Collaborate with teams on budgets for each brand that drive profitable growth.
Be the champion of innovations, new strategies, and new channels.
Develop a resource planning system that considers capacity, training time, new brand onboarding, and aligning team members with brands based on skillset and time zone.
Set department goals and team member performance targets.
Troubleshoot performance challenges across the portfolio.
Requirements
12-15+ years of managing e-commerce and marketing experience in fashion, beauty, wellness and/or home industries.
Both in-house and agency performance is preferred but not required.
An E-Commerce expert with a track record of driving significant digital growth.
Experience to skew into performance marketing rather than brand marketing.
Strong leader with experience in building and leading teams.
Ability to clearly communicate and implement impactful strategies.
A go-getter with a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for cutting-edge marketing.
Strong presentation and analytical skills.
