Onboarding Specialist

• Facilitate new hire orientations to ensure legal, cultural, and compliant onboarding into the organization.
• Participate in a variety of HR support services, including internal customer service/HR support to field locations, staffing and training initiatives, benefit education, and employee relations.
• Assist with initiatives to identify and implement strategies and programs that help engage and retain a high performing workforce and enhance company culture with a particular focus on first 90 days of new hire employment.
• Advise business leaders on effective leadership and onboarding practices to ensure accountability in managing their staff.
• Partner with functional experts on the establishment and facilitation of employee training needs including new employee orientation, employment development, and cross-training.
• Work with recruiting, training, and operation departments to identify workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies to hire qualified and highly talented employees for our organization.
• Implement and communicate HR programs, policies, and employee guidelines to achieve goals and fulfill legal requirements. Ensure consistency across the organization with all existing programs.
• Track work force onboarding satisfaction, timeliness, and milestones to ensure effective onboarding programs

Manager

• Visiting with persons on the caseload and attending team meetings

• Consulting with organizational leaders to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for their respective positions
• Creating and analyzing weekly recruiting reports to further support department initiatives
