About the role

  • Drive frictionless service within Wealth Management by supporting advisors and client service specialists with communication, education and training
  • Curate and control training curriculum for Wealth Management
  • Deliver training to new hires, team employees, and acquisition team employees
  • Assist with ongoing educational activities and identify opportunities for efficiencies
  • Collaborate with M&A leadership to create training outlines and support integration processes
  • Maintain communication with business stakeholders for training program refinement and business process improvements

Requirements

  • Experience in communication, education, and training in Financial Services
  • Ability to develop and deliver training materials and programs
  • Strong understanding of wealth management and financial advisement processes
  • Proficiency in process improvement techniques
  • Familiarity with M&A integration processes
  • Excellent organizational and reporting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
