Requirements
3+ years of experience in a social media marketing role, preferably within sports or entertainment
An unresting passion for the game of soccer, and an understanding of the history of the game
Ability to connect social media activity to larger business goals and translate them into effective plans.
Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and other digital marketing principles to inform social strategies.
Proficiency in creating or directing the creation of visual and written content for various social platforms.
Ability to interpret data to measure success, understand audience behavior, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with audiences and collaborate effectively with internal teams (design, content) and external partners (influencers, vendors).
Deep knowledge of major social media platforms and how to leverage their unique features.
