Manage the content calendar: plan, schedule, and coordinate uploads and campaigns
Ideate and create engaging video storylines/briefs
Source and curate user-generated content, influencer partnerships, and community spotlights
Optimize video elements for discoverability and engagement
Collaborate with analytics teams to set, track, and report on KPIs
Stay ahead of social video trends, platform updates, and content best practices
Engage with the social community: respond to comments and foster authentic conversations
Ensure all content is brand-aligned and compliant with legal and copyright guidelines
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate short-form initiatives with campaign launches
Requirements
5+ years managing social media platforms, preferably YouTube
Proven track record of driving growth and executing successful video-first campaigns
Deep knowledge of social video best practices, algorithms, trends, and audience development
Experience developing creative briefs, storyboarding, and collaborating with creative or production teams from concept to final cut
Strong understanding of video optimization techniques for discoverability and engagement
Skilled at analyzing social performance data, distilling insights, and making strategic recommendations
Up-to-date on platform policies, emerging content formats, and audience engagement tactics
Excellent communication and project management skills
High attention to detail and adaptability with creative problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience
