Account Manager

• Develop and lead the Account Management & Creative Services team through coaching, performance management, and talent development.
• Build a robust internal partnerships infrastructure that will allow our partnership team to consistently and effectively, align our products with the market
• Develop and lead our strategic brand partnership initiatives, providing creative direction that serves both Men in Blazers as well as our brand partners
• Execute on partnerships across multiple platforms, including, audio, video, social, events and branded merchandise, etc.
• Act as a MiB and client expert by developing a deep knowledge of our content & offerings, and each partner’s business serving as the company’s go-to resource on client needs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in market conditions and forecasts in the media, sports, and entertainment markets, translating these market conditions into specific action items and strategies for Men in Blazers
• Drive partnership campaigns, in conjunction with our production, marketing, and social media teams, to deliver exceptional value to our brand partners
• Provide a focus on analytics that will allow Men in Blazers to better understand what partnership approaches are more beneficial to the business
• Continuously network in the sports digital media industry to foster future relationships and connections

VP Account Management – Creative Strategy

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers.
• Develop and execute account strategies that align with the clients goals and objectives, and ensure their satisfaction with our digital content products.
• Work closely with the Director of Partnerships & Operations to identify new business opportunities, upsell existing clients, and achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the production & marketing teams to ensure successful delivery of campaigns, projects, and events.
• Analyze client performance data and provide regular reports on progress, insights, and provide recommendations
• Coordinate and organize all client/partner meetings and status updates for internal stakeholders
• Stay in touch with industry trends and best practices, and share these with the executive team.

Partnerships Associate

• Act as the main point of contact for top tier existing and potential partners, building and maintaining strong relationships with their key decision makers.
• Develop and execute account strategies that align with the clients goals and objectives, and ensure their satisfaction with our digital content properties.
• Work closely with the Senior Director of Partner Success to identify new business opportunities, upsell existing clients, and achieve revenue targets.
• Skillfully partner with various internal groups including production and marketing to ensure successful delivery of campaigns
• Perform routine data analysis and retroactive review on campaigns to provide value to our internal teams and partners

Social Media Manager

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the media network's goals, including content pillars, platform selection, and audience targeting, particularly as it relates to Premier League weekend.
• Oversee the creation of engaging content (videos, graphics, copy) and manage content calendars, ensuring a cohesive brand voice across all platforms.
• Monitor social media analytics, analyze campaign performance, and provide reports with actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, pop culture, and new platforms to identify opportunities and keep content relevant.
• Constantly evaluate and brief the MiB social team on the changing nature of the algorithm.
• Respond to comments and messages, foster community interaction, and manage the online brand reputation to build a strong relationship with followers.

Social Media Strategist

Sales

• Using your comprehensive understanding of the global soccer community, you will approach and sell to partners across the US to partner Men in Blazers’ digital content with best in class organizations that resonate with soccer fans across the world.
• Build and deliver engaging proposals to brand partnerships, soccer leagues, or any other organization involved in US soccer.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with various buyers and partners to nurture and develop their connection to the Men in Blazers Media Network
• Stay up to date on changes in and around soccer communities across the country to better align potential partners with our community
• Work closely with the wider sales teams to find opportunities to better package the complete portfolio of Men in Blazers content (podcasts, digital video, live events, social media, etc)
• Utilize data heavily to continuously improve how and where we go to market to find brand partners

Director, Sales

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) for different social media platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Work with content creators and social producers from preproduction through publishing, providing creative direction, feedback, and production support in a strategic manner that is inline with the Men in Blazers brand and editorial teams.
• Manage all handles, including executing individual posts across all social media platforms.
• Plan and launch social media marketing campaigns to promote new campaigns, content, events, or products, and track their success.
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages with a strong editorial voice to foster a positive and active online community.
• Track, measure, and report on key social media performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and new tools to maximize reach and engagement.
• Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, and content creators, to ensure brand consistency and support broader marketing efforts.

• Execute Men in Blazers social media strategy
• Contribute to development and maintenance of social media calendar for real-time (match days, tournaments, live events) and pre-programmed content (episodic releases, partner commitments)
• Create content for Men in Blazers social channels (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok), including emotionally intelligent copy and visual content (photo and video)
• Adapt real-time soccer news stories to be relevant and engaging across channels
• Ideate with stakeholders to add value to commercial partnerships through social channels
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to manage content development and timelines
• Daily monitoring, management, and maintenance of Men in Blazers channels and community
• Use performance metrics to determine opportunities for content optimization

Social Media Coordinator

Graphics Designer

• Create marketing assets to help promote Men in Blazers shows, podcast, events, merch, and more
• Create new or edit existing video content into digestible ad formats
• Design marketing graphics for social, newsletter, website, etc.
• Collaborate with in-house teams, brand partners, and guest talent on asset production and approval
• Ideate on new creative ways-in and testing new content styles
• Integrate with our server to have complete mastery over new and archival Men in Blazers content
• Be a key member and mind on the marketing team, helping to enhance our ideas and our offering

Marketing Multimedia Designer

Producer

• Manage and direct a pool of remote soccer content creators across the country to create, produce, and distribute regionally focused soccer and travel content in the lead up to the World Cup
• Source, interview, and onboard regional soccer content creator talent across the United States
• Create content strategies for each unique content creator to create city-focused content, as it relates to the local soccer community
• Oversee all production, editing, and distribution of content on separate, dedicated social media channels
• Coordinate with the Supervising Producer and Field Producer to help ensure the work the content creators are producing works in conjunction with larger field pieces
• Coordinate with sales & partnerships teams to execute on deliverables and activations for regional social media content
• Develop clear program performance metrics to track the success of individual content creator and their contents engagement
• Ensure that the Men in Blazers brand and tone guidelines are met across all content creator produced content
