About the role

  • Begin career as a Customer Success Manager focused on customer success and satisfaction
  • Drive impactful outcomes through product adoption, risk mitigation strategies, and user training
  • Collaborate with Renewal Managers and Account Managers to align customer needs
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to ensure comprehensive adoption of Meltwater solutions
  • Empower clients to cultivate advocacy and enhance billing relationships
  • Understand customers' organizational context and tailor solutions to their objectives
  • Partner with Account Managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Proactively engage with accounts ahead of renewals to mitigate risks and support renewals
  • Own customer account gross retention and prioritize satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions and gather feedback via executive business reviews
  • Identify expansion opportunities and communicate them to Account Managers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in account management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven mindset and proactive approach
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (required)
  • Proficiency in Dutch highly preferred
  • Willingness to work hybrid schedule (in office 4 days a week)
  • Ability to legally work in the country of hire
