About the role
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
- Provide expert-level product knowledge and clinical support during product demonstrations, training sessions, and simulations
- Case support (including set-up) and troubleshooting
- Support physicians with the use of simulation software to enhance procedural planning and outcomes
- Train and educate care teams using flow models to ensure optimal product utilization and patient outcomes
- Manage the complete sales process, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiations, and post-sales support
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, clinical specialists, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay current with market trends, competitor information, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Regularly report sales performance, market insights, and customer interactions to the Business Manager Benelux & Nordics
- Report to the Business Manager Benelux & Nordics and travel frequently between Denmark and Norway
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline or equivalent
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a sales role within the medical or healthcare industry, preferably with a focus on medical devices or therapies
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel frequently to both Denmark and Norway, with regular overnight stays expected
- Ability to comply with hospital/clinic credentialing requirements (patient-facing field employees)
