Ensure accurate and timely management of service and repair pricing, including uploading, updating, tracking, and reporting of spare parts and service-related codes
Act as a point of contact for pricing-related requests and manage a dedicated mailbox for Service and Repair Pricing-related requests
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and send requests to other teams to ensure correct system setup
Download price reports upon request and solve ad-hoc requests for missing prices
Participate in weekly calls with the Service Manager to discuss updates, challenges, and improvements
Maintain high standards of data integrity and customer service
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Meticulous, well-organized, and efficient individual
Experience with SAP ERP, Vendavo, ServiceNow, and Excel
Ability to work independently, without close supervision
High attention to detail and strong communication skills
Previous experience in a similar service, repair, or pricing-related role is beneficial
