About the role
- Lead and manage the Sales Operations and Sales Enablement team to support the US sales organization
- Collaborate with sales and commercial leadership to develop and implement strategies to optimize sales processes and improve sales productivity at national, area, district and territory levels
- Collaborate with internal Medtronic IT functions to build and refine data visualization tools for the field organization and leadership reports
- Analyze sales data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations
- Ensure the sales team has access to the latest tools and technologies to enhance their performance
- Lead sales operations efforts for all new product launches and pending Medtronic-CathWorks integration
- Lead a cross-functional sales and marketing operations team that coordinates with marketing and other commercial functions to align strategies and initiatives
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and initiatives
- Manage projects, cross-functional collaboration, and travel as needed to ensure successful completion of projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related role
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel as required
- For sales reps and other patient facing field employees: comply with hospital/clinic credentialing requirements
