About the role
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial organizations to deliver insights that define strategy and speed decision-making
- Define, lead, analyze, interpret and socialize data with leadership
- Develop, inspect, mine, transform, and model data to raise productivity and improve decision making
- Conduct statistical analysis to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification
- Manage end-to-end data processing and customized report building functions of systems
- Maintain analytical systems, verify data accuracy, and act as a liaison to the business
- Build strong business partnerships across a complex matrix organization
- Provide analytics training and direction to stakeholders
- Manage projects efficiently and deliver on all requirements on-time
- Work a minimum of 4 days per week onsite as part of fostering cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant data modeling, data analysis, sales reporting, or analytics work experience
- OR Advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant data modeling, data analysis, sales reporting, or analytics work experience
- Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools (nice to have)
- Experience with Business Objects or Cognos (nice to have)
- Experience with Alteryx or similar data prep and advanced analytics platform (nice to have)
- Proficiency with SQL, R, or related database languages (nice to have)
- Experience with Salesforce.com or related CRM tools (nice to have)
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS suite of tools, including Excel
- Ability to successfully work on a project or work team
- Ability to navigate a complex matrix environment and manage competing priorities
- Ability to provide analytics training and direction to stakeholders
- For office roles: regularly required to be independently mobile, interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers
- Must comply with credentialing requirements for patient-facing field employees (if applicable)
