About the role

  • Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption; partners with 1,500+ companies and delivers apprenticeships driving measurable ROI.
  • Role: Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager reporting to the Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations; act as strategic backbone of the GTM organisation to enable predictable revenue growth.
  • Sales Analytics & Performance Insights: own KPIs (pipeline, conversion, velocity, ACV, cycle length), lead deep-dive analyses, and build executive BI dashboards (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management: manage end-to-end sales forecasting, collaborate with sales leaders and Finance, enforce pipeline hygiene and review cadences.
  • Leverage AI-powered insights tools to analyze sales data and customer behavior and translate patterns into actionable recommendations.
  • Sales Operations & Technology: stakeholder for GTM tech stack, partner with Systems to optimise Salesforce and integrated tools, refine processes and workflow automation, evaluate new technologies including AI solutions.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Planning: partner on annual and quarterly planning, territory design, quota setting, capacity modelling, market segmentation, and identify new revenue streams.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: architect operational hand-offs between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success and collaborate with Sales Enablement to support training and onboarding.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy role, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • High proficiency in analyzing complex datasets to drive business decisions, with strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis from data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) as an admin user with experience in Sales & Service Clouds.
  • Demonstrated strategic and financial acumen; strong understanding of core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, LTV, CAC) and their drivers.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion, working with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product.
  • Experience designing and building BI dashboards in tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with modern sales and marketing technology (e.g., SalesLoft/Outreach, Gong/Chorus, LeanData, ZoomInfo) (preferred).
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI/ML in a sales context, such as predictive lead scoring or conversation intelligence (preferred).
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale) and the end-to-end sales process (preferred).
