About the role
- Lead cross-functional teams in the creation of integration, characterization, and troubleshooting testing, training, and guidance documents.
- Coach other engineers in the application of systems engineering principles and identify opportunities for applying systems engineering within work assigned to the team.
- Support marketing, field engineering, technical services, and training and education in technical questions.
- Propose and implement changes to improve systems and/or processes.
- The Cardiac Ablation Solutions Unit develops life-restoring therapies and healthcare solutions that span the care continuum; integrating technologies and applying clinical and economic evidence to increase patient access, improve efficiency of procedures and deliver successful patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or a n advanced d egree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
