About the role
- Lead the development and execution of the annual marketing plan for demand generation, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment strategy
- Define and evolve the value proposition and stakeholder strategy in alignment with customer feedback, clinical needs, and business goals
- Own pricing strategy, product lifecycle management, and ensure StealthStation™ remains competitive and relevant
- Drive launch planning and execution, omnichannel strategy, and sales enablement to maximize commercial success
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support contracting strategy, optimize channel effectiveness, and fuel sales performance
- Execute marketing programs focused on customer acquisition, retention, and integrating voice-of-customer insights
- Lead event and convention marketing efforts to elevate brand presence and engage key audiences
- Prepare and present compelling, data-driven updates to leadership using strategic storytelling to drive alignment and action
- Travel up to 30% as required for role and events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in medical devices or healthcare technology (nice to have)
- MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field (nice to have)
- Proven success in downstream marketing, product launches, and customer engagement strategies
- Strong experience in downstream marketing for surgical navigation, robotics, or medical software
- Experience with neurosurgical procedures (brain tumor removal, deep brain stimulation, hydrocephalus, or navigation technologies) (nice to have)
- Travel requirement: Up to 30%
- Ability to work a minimum of 4 days a week onsite
- Regular ability to be independently mobile, interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers
