About the role

  • Lead a team of Start-up Specialists responsible for utilizing Medtronic Hugo™ Robotic Assisted Surgery Systems
  • Achieve high robotic system utilization in the assigned area
  • Attend meetings with hospital clients, leading conversations around hospital robotics programs with clinical and managerial stakeholders
  • Develop and engage with hospital executives to expand the use of RAS technology

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with 5 years of relevant experience in technical, clinical or hospital commercial work
  • Proven leadership experience with leading teams, or projects within a technical, clinical or hospital environment
  • Advanced Degree (MBA, MA Ed, MA, or PhD) is a Nice to Have
  • Expert in the world of surgery, possess active and deep know-how about open-, minimal invasive- and robotic assisted surgery
  • Modern computer literacy and solid digital skills
