About the role

  • Drive sales growth and achieve/exceed sales targets for GYN Health products within assigned territory
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with gynecology surgeons, operating room staff, hospital administrators, and procurement teams
  • Provide in-theater (operating room) support to surgeons and surgical teams during gynecological procedures, ensuring proper product usage
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals
  • Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques, product advancements, and competitor offerings
  • Participate in conferences, trade shows, and workshops to promote the company’s GYN Health portfolio
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
  • Manage territory covering Northwest Spain and Portugal, expected to be located in/near Galicia or Asturias

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Nursing or related field (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in medical devices, preferably in gynecology
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, conversation, and writing)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in high-pressure surgical environments
  • Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and work independently
  • Willingness to travel
  • Portuguese recommended
  • Compliance with hospital credentialing requirements and ability to work in healthcare settings
  • Must be located in or near Galicia or Asturias (Northwest Spain)
