About the role

  • Manage the US HugoTM and IllumisiteTM customer training execution team and US training centers
  • Work with internal stakeholders to align on US HugoTM and IllumisiteTM customer training strategy, execution plans, and performance metrics
  • Work closely with US Sales Teams, US Surgeon Training Lead, Global Medical Education, US Sales Training, Medical Directors, KOLS, and Training Center Partners to determine strategies and execution plans
  • Facilitate development of customized training for Medical Professionals on technology and product adoption to improve patient outcomes
  • Develop and execute the annual calendar of technical training events
  • Manage training centers, training center partnerships, training center contracts, budgets and product inventory
  • Maintain the compliant deployment of training center curriculum and content
  • Manage upskilling of customer trainers to meet product and therapy launch needs
  • Manage and report US Surgical customer training performance metrics dashboard
  • Drive aggressive project schedules to completion and report on key deliverables
  • Support system installation and lifecycle training for HugoTM and IllumisiteTM systems
  • Participate in physical/office job duties and accommodate reasonable accommodations as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or Advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience
  • Experience applying adult learning principles to drive learner success (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with capital system customer training/support and surgical training center management (Nice to Have)
  • Experience managing performance to learner success KPI’s (Nice to Have)
  • Proven success influencing and aligning internal and external stakeholders (Nice to Have)
  • Medical device or regulated industry experience (Nice to Have)
  • Experience managing a team (Nice to Have)
  • Ability to drive aggressive project schedules to completion
  • Strong program management skills
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, listening) with all levels of the organization
  • Strong influence management skills
  • Willingness/ability to work in-person a minimum of 4 days per week onsite
  • Ability to comply with hospital/clinic credentialing requirements for patient-facing activities (where applicable)
  • Authorization to work in the United States (employer participates in E-Verify)
