💰 $110,400 - $165,600 per year
About the role
- Plan, develop, and coordinate in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers
- Obtain information to prepare training programs and prepare training materials
- Develop course content, determine methodology, and coordinate development of training aids
- Ensure training programs meet company and customer objectives and maintain customer communication
- Utilize trainers with technical expertise and continuously revise lesson plans to keep technical information up to date
- Work as part of Robotic Surgical Technologies Business Unit to support robotically assisted surgery products
- Work onsite a minimum of 4 days per week and travel 25-50% as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience
- Medical Device or Regulated Industry Experience
- Ability to travel 25-50%
- Large Capital Technical Training experience (nice to have)
- Experience working on global team (nice to have)
- Ability to attend meetings after 9-5pm local to support global needs (nice to have)
- Willingness to work onsite minimum 4 days per week
- Compliance with hospital credentialing requirements for patient-facing roles
- Eligible to work in the country of employment (participates in E-Verify)
