About the role

  • Resolve I-9 E-Verify issues and follow-up with Store Managers via Zendesk as needed
  • Run routine reports on incomplete onboarding and follow up via Zendesk as needed
  • Audit Sections 1, 2 & 3 of form I-9 for accuracy and follow up as necessary
  • Answer questions regarding onboarding requirements
  • Carry out other duties as assigned
  • Primary Systems: Workday, E-Verify, Equifax, Zendesk, Excel
  • Schedule: 100% Remote; Total weekly hours = 40; Mon, Tues & Thurs 9am–5pm; Sat & Sun 8 hrs/day (flexible)

Requirements

  • Must have experience with Workday, E-Verify, Equifax, Zendesk, Excel
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic proficiency of Microsoft Office suite applications
  • Excel – sort and filter data, v-lookup, copy & paste
  • Outlook – send and receive emails
  • 1+ years in HR or related experience
  • Familiarity with I-9 requirements and E-Verify issues
  • Prior Workday experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work
