About the role
- Support the Coronary and Renal Denervation (CRDN) business in the US by training and educating sales, clinical specialist and market development teams
- Act as Therapy Lead for the Coronary portfolio training and cross-portfolio support for other therapies
- Develop, deliver, and coordinate in-house product training programs for field personnel through live and self-paced modalities
- Ensure training program meets CRDN and company objectives and motivate cross-functional teams
- Anticipate, identify, and resolve high-level problems associated with completing projects and executing programs
- Revise lesson plans to meet new training requirements, product launches, and keep information up to date
- Design and execute field sales and clinical specialists education programs to increase knowledge and skills in procedures and CRDN therapies
- Build and maintain therapy expertise and teach highly clinical and technical products and concepts
- Collaborate with Marketing, Market Development, Sales, MedReview, Engineering, Field Management & Education to create education programs, curricula, course materials and measurements
- Demonstrate education effectiveness through systematic program evaluation and continuous improvement
- Maintain a high level of competency in disease management, device therapy application, and related systems via continuous learning
- Adjust swiftly to shifting priorities to satisfy business requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in training, sales, sales support, cath lab or marketing OR 5 years of experience with an advanced degree
- Computer skills: Excel, Articulate, Adobe, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Teams, Share Point, Allego
