About the role

  • Work a minimum of 4 days per week onsite to foster collaboration and cross-functional interaction
  • Join the Cardiac Ablation Solutions Software team to develop tools that support electrophysiology product development
  • Design, build, and maintain custom tools and scripts to support software development, testing, and maintenance processes
  • Automate workflows and processes involving tools such as JIRA, Polarion, Matrix, and TestRail to optimize team efficiency
  • Develop and implement dashboards to monitor and assess product quality and development progress
  • Collaborate with software engineers, quality assurance, and technical leaders to deliver tailored solutions
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing tools and processes and drive innovation and efficiency
  • Generate automated reports and test protocols providing actionable insights into software performance and quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of medical device software development, IEC-62304 and FDA guidance (preferred)
  • Proven ability to automate processes and workflows in a collaborative development environment
  • Experience with JIRA, Polarion, Matrix, and TestRail, including API integration and automation
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++, C# or similar
  • Strong understanding of good documentation practices
  • Experience with software version control systems such as Git
  • Experience with HTML, Flask, and Nginx
  • Experience with Agile development
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial drive
