About the role

  • Assist in the development and execution of Neurovascular Health Care Personnel (HCP) educational trainings and programs
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Medical Education, Medical Affairs, Marketing, internal business partners, and Field Sales Leaders
  • Design and develop training and educational courses
  • Maintain HCP Training and Education records
  • Drive Neurovascular business objectives by collaborating with partners to assess the current need for education and training in the U.S.
  • Develops and executes device and therapy training while ensuring compliance with Medtronic regulatory and quality requirements
  • Supports district meetings as requested by Sr. Manager of MedEd
  • Collaborates with field team and Physician Faculty to enhance Resident and Fellows educational and training opportunities
  • Plans, develops, and coordinates product training programs for Health Care Personnel
  • Maintains communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 14+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, field sales/support in medical device, healthcare industry or equivalent experience (OR Associate's Degree with 12+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 10+ years experience)
  • Experience as a registered nurse, radiology technologist or in an Interventional Radiology lab
  • Knowledge of Neurovascular Interventional Radiology devices
  • Prior training and education experience (in-services, department educator, etc)
